Sportacus!

Luken's new favorite show is "Lazy Town" (it's all about being active) and there is a character named "Sportacus" who is quite the gymnast, jumping and spinning all over the place.

Luken likes to pretend to be Sportacus, so I took a few pics at the park the other day!

Jumping up so high!

Spinning around!

Pausing for a moment of handsomeness!

Biiiiiiiig jump!

Argyle Alligator (and Muffin!)

We attended a birthday celebration for Luken's MDO teacher on the 16th, and I dressed the kids up in their best argyle outfits! Keeley's outfit wass a birthday gift, courtesy of Grandpa and Gram, and it is just too adorable! On her feet are her first pair of Stride Rite shoes!

Enjoying some free play in the grass.

SOOOOOO big!

A funny face, prior to blowing into the party favor!

Our little fashion plate!

Do you think he will be a famous Polo player some day?

Keeley says, "That looks like fun!"

"Hi, Mom!"

Keeley's Birthday Photos!

Yay! Keeley is ONE!
We had a lovely day, and a fun celebration!

Here she is, watching TV. I think Luken was watching Cars, and she is already quite a TV lover.
You can see the T-shirt I made for Keeley's special day!

More TV watching - you can sort of see Luken in the background.

Luken was being very sweet with his baby sister, and gave her a sweet kiss!

Mommy and Keeley playing silly games!

The CAKE!

Mommy working hard on the cake.

I wanted a picture of Keeley with her cake, and she dove right in to the frosting, hee hee!

Look, she's showing how many years old she is! ;)

Luken helped her blow out her candle!

Mmmm.... more frosting!

The damage! I hadn't intended to show the back of the cake, but it was kind of funny.

But, then, not so interested in a piece of cake as in playing with the plate!

I wonder what was going through her mind at this moment!

Luken is quite experienced in getting his cake on!

Smiling and flirting with one of the Grandpas!

Slices of cake! The top layer was yellow cake with buttercream frosting and banana pudding filling. The bottom layer was chocolate cake with chocolate pudding filling and chocolate buttercream frosting. (Well, the bottom layer got a bit of yellow cake mixed in 'cause I had extra!) Both layers were covered in fondant.

Tired girl (who refused to take her afternoon nap that day!)

Hmmm... well, maybe I'll try some of this fondant stuff.

Now we're getting messy!

I guess it's pretty yummy!

After cake, it was time for PRESENTS!
Here she is with her silver charm bracelet from Mommy and Daddy.

The bracelet.

Looking at a card.

Climbing on top of one of the packages! (She is definitely shaping up to be a climber, yikes!)

Checking out her new baby doll.

Playing with a new multi-sensory doll. It crinkles and makes all kinds of fun noises!

New dollhouse.

And, of course, her FAVORITE thing to play with was some tissue paper! Ha ha!

Baby girl with Mom and Dad!

She received some other very nice presents as well, but I haven't had a chance to get photos yet, so stay tuned! ;)

A couple of last year's butterfly pics!

I managed to dig up a couple of pictures from last year!

Being brave for a moment...

Having the most fun with the fountain!

Keeley vs. The Sandwich

We all sat down to some sandwiches from Firehouse Subs the other day. I put the other half of Luken's sandwich on Keeley's tray, meaning to tear a few pieces off to give to her, but before I had the chance, she showed me she had other ideas!

(Luken wanted some camera time, too, hee hee!)
