No More Monkeys Jumping on the Bed!!

Two little monkeys were jumping on the bed.
One fell off and cut open her head.
Mama took her to the doctor, and the doctor said,
"I'm going to have to put two staples in your head!"

Yes, it's true - my two little monkeys broke the rules and roughhoused and jumped around on Mommy and Daddy's bed, and Keeley fell off and got an inch-long cut on her noggin!!

It was Friday, November 12, and the kids were supposed to be calmly watching TV in our room, but they got crazy instead!

Keeley and I headed off to the hospital, and wound up in Urgent Care, where they spent half an hour numbing her scalp so they could insert 2 staples.

Keeley was VERY brave, and tolerated it all quite well.

The staples stayed in for 10 days, and then we went back for removal. After a 1 1/2 hour wait, they finally took us back and plucked them out rather quickly!! Keeley only screeched OUCH one time, and that was it!

Here's hoping they learned that lesson once and for all!
